What causes a p0400 code on a Zafira?
A few Main things with Zafira that goes wrong. -EGR Valve & Inlet Manifold Caked in carbon (both need clean out). I found a leak in the manifold which caused a p0400 code ‘EGR flow Malfunction’ but after cleaning out and also changing the EGR itself the code still came up, so realised that the manifold flaps part was leaking air causing the code.
