Why does my Chev Silverado have no tach?

2003 Chev Silverado. All instrument cluster gauges quit today. No speedo, tach, fuel ,temp, oil etc. Never any problem 2003 chevy: All instrument cluster gauges quit today..speedo..tach… My oil pressure, fuel, coolant temp, and battery voltage gauge don’t work. My Speedo and tach work fine. I also have a battery and abs light on.

Is the 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 a good car?

My 2000 Silverado has on occasion when turning key to start, the starter does not engage nor do you hear the solenoid click but the battery is good. I did have to replace the exciter ring that surrounds the ignititon switch which did show up with security warning.
