It also ensures the priority of the each publisher’s offer in front of the high school use of the affected content without the involvement of the publisher in accordance with § 52a of the German copyright act.

With the new platform of Digital course reserve makes Booktex universities now a fairly safe offer for the partial use of copyright-protected publishing works in electronic course reserves. This content can also be used in section 52a of the copyright act limits stipulated, for example, also in extracts, with a circumference of more than 100 pages, or about 12 percent of the total work per semester of the apparatus.
