Mechanic put his OBDII reader in the OBDII port and got a communication and was able to read no codes, and check all sensors. The OBDII reader worked. So, the port does work and read the ECU or PCM (I think its called a PCM) When you turn the key fwd, the CEL comes on and goes off.
