Why is my CLK central locking not working?

If it loks properly with a remote alarm sets up too, cause I can hear all locks to lock the doors and boot too, hazard lights flashes three times. after that if i unlock it with a metal key the car is asking for the key key to deactivate the alarm. I will check the fuses tomorrow and I’ll try to check the antenna. Thank again.

Where is the radio antenna on my CLK?

Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hold the key near the top of the rear window. (where the radio antenna is) and see if it works. Just checked it. No response. Then checked close to the door handle and it worked again for the few times. Tried different distances and noticed that if it’s more than 1meter it doesn’t work.

Are any of the central locking problems resolved? 03 tdi golf – passenger door locked fast,and rear nearside only operable from inside. A new battery fitted b4 christmas – could this be the cause, or are the doors independently fused – trying to avoid expensive bills if possible.
