Is the HFL on my Acura MDX working?

The HFL works now but with few exceptions : 1. The unit got quiet warm after I tested it for about 15min. I paired the phone with no problems and placed some calls. I dont have a C-clamp voltmeter to see of there is a battery drain, so I preferred to disconnect it for now.

What’s the problem with my Acura MDX battery?

I rebaked it and increased the heat by five degree and added a couple minutes. No problems since. I was thinking, if the unit is heating up with normal use and the rear vents are heating it up more in winter and/or cooling too fast in summer causing the solder problem?

Pressing the steering wheel buttons did nothing. I also had an issue where the battery would drain every night. I searched the internet and found that it could be a bad HFL module. I found an Acura dealer on eBay who had sold almost 50 of them and paid about $200 for one.
