I believe jumpering the two terminals on the ALDL port (the same one’s that used to give you the codes on the ’93 and earlier) will turn the fans on too. Ok, so unpluging the ETC sensor in the water pump allow the fans to run. When the ETC sensor is plugged in the fans will not come on.
