My 09 Silverado LT, 5.3 Vortec, not the flex fuel edition. 32-35 psi at 400-600 rpm idle (cammed). 36- 38 psi at 2000 rpm cruising speed (77mph). 40-45 when running her hard (3500+ rpm). 3 people found this helpful. All depends on oil as well.
