Why are my tail lights and dash lights going out?
After the swap my tail lights & dash lights went out. Joe said to squeeze the wires into the switch and it would come back on. Looks as if it has been cleaned but there is a dark mark inside the end of the clear plastic casing at the base of one wire on the switch. I have squeezed but no luck.

Also, check your ground wire connections in the wiring harness as well. When you have located the fuse for the tail lights use a fuse tester to check the connection. If the tester lights up – your fuse is functioning fine. Why are my dash lights and gauges not working?
I have a 1996 tahoe that dash lights and gauges and fuel pump won’t work I have just put a new motor in and it’ll crank but won’t start Bc it won’t get fuel any suggestions on what I could do? Reverse switch is in series with this mess. Change it. I have no tail lights or dash lights on my gmc 1994 pick up do you all know what fuse it is

I have the same issue 99 k3500 changed all the fuses, and still no dash or run/ cab and tail lights. Headlights, Hazards, dome lamp, and brake lights work. Any suggestions?
