What’s the fix for the trouble code p0101?

Trouble code P0101. What’s the fix Code reads mass air, something about air flow. Tried to clear it but it came right back. Anybody experienced this ? What’s the fix? Where do I start? Are you running a oiled air filter? Is it over oiled? MAF sensor could just be bad. Needs replacing. Also this code can be related to the EGR valve.
