The drivers side window/lock switch does not work. Only on the drivers side that i can not get the locks to work, all 4 windows, or the outside mirriors, But if i go to the other doors and try to use the locks or window controls they work fine. I purcheased a new drivers side window/lock control and that did not solve the problem.
Can a front passenger window and door lock work?
Yes the front passenger, rear drivers & Passenger windows/locks etc all work. Its only the drivers side. I purchased a used drivers side window/door locks switch as mine is all one unit and tryed that and did not work. Thank you for replying

My front passenger door window does not operate and neither does the power lock on that door (the door light is off too). All other doors lock/unlock and windows go up/down from the main control from drivers position, as well as from each individual control location for those doors.

How to re-connect power door lock and driver side power window?
Re-connect door window controller and locks wiring harness 5. Place the key in the ignition and turn to the run position 6. Connect Battery starting with the negative cable (ensuring not to connect then disconnect, (one swift motion)

Why is my power door lock not working?
Power door locks and driver side power window not working. Keyless remote will not open doors although when pressed, the interior lights come on so I don’t believe it is an issue with the fob battery. Other power windows work, just not the driver side. Remote mirror control on the door handle works.

Why is the cowl not connecting to the driver side door?
Of course it is also possible that the wiring harness between the driver side door and cowl is corroded and that some of the pins are to corroded or even broken off and do not make contact. Also check that you have good and tight positive and negative battery cable connection to the battery posts.
