He teaches, among other subjects of personnel-leadership and management. As the owner of the “Seeger Media & Management” he has been offering for many years of management seminars for companies. Prof. Dr. Thomas Breyer-Mayländer was, until 2001, managing Director of Zeitungs Marketing Gesellschaft mbH & co. KG and is now a Professor for media management and Vice President of Marketing + organizational development at the University of Offenburg.
